Salon Cancellation Policy We value your time and ours. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will incur a 25% service charge. Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Appointments missed without notice will be charged in full. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late your service may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid overlapping of other clients Clients who no-show will be required to leave a deposit to book future appointments. A valid card is required on file to secure all appointments and will only be charged in accordance with this policy. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
